Terms and license

These are the simple rules for using our site and trackers. By buying or downloading a tracker, you agree to them.

Personal-use license

When you buy or download a Collector Apps tracker, you can use it for your own collection. Make as many copies as you need for yourself, on any of your devices, and change it however you like.

Please don't resell, share, give away or upload the files, or any version of them, for other people to use. That includes free and paid template sites. If someone else would like a copy, point them to Where to buy.

Using the trackers

The trackers are record-keeping tools. Any values you enter are your own estimates, and they aren't financial, tax, grading, valuation or insurance advice. Please keep your own backups of your files.

No warranty

We work hard to make the trackers useful and accurate, but they're provided as they are, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using them, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the tracker.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases run through Gumroad or Etsy, and their terms also apply. If a file won't open or isn't what we described, email us and we'll make it right.

Names and trademarks

Collector Apps isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any brand, grading service or app named on this site. Those names may be trademarks of their owners.

Changes and questions
