Free coin collection tracker spreadsheet
Coins end up spread across albums, tubes and slab boxes. Coin Lite is a free spreadsheet that keeps the record in one place: what each coin is, its grade, how many you have, what you paid and what you estimate it's worth. It works in Excel or Google Sheets.
Free for up to 25 coin rows. Excel and Google Sheets. No subscription.

What's in the free Coin Lite
- Start Here: quick steps, plus how to open the file in Google Sheets.
- Summary: coins owned, total cost, estimated value, gain or loss in $ and %, realized gain or loss on coins you've sold, and your most valuable row.
- Collection: up to 25 rows with country, denomination, year, mint mark, series, grade, quantity, purchase price, your estimated value, gain or loss, and status (Owned or Sold).
Values are your own estimates. The file doesn't look up market prices and isn't an appraisal, insurance valuation or financial or tax advice. Sample rows are fictional.
